We have a new sponsor this month, the wonderful Tando company who produce so many amazing chipboard items just begging to be altered. They also have a range of other items including a range of quality stencils which can be used for endless styles of work. Never used Tando products before? Click on the image below and have a good look around their website - I dare you not to spend money once there!

I do hope you enjoyed looking at this make. Not so much paint and crackle this time but still fun to make! I do hope you go over to Our Creative Corner and see what the other members of the DT have come up with - you're certainly in for a treat!
It's your turn then to come up with a mainly orange creation and link up at Our Creative Corner. There's a wonderful prize available from Tando if your name comes up in the randomly generated draw or you could be the challenge winner and feature on our blog next month - now there's a chance to showcase your amazing work! You may even be one of our top three talents - you have to enter to have a chance at any of these though.
Thanks so much for visiting. Enjoy your Sunday.

A gift indeed Julia! You have encapsulated the sumptuous feel and vibrancy of the dress in the painting within your bag and box and I adore that you've even gone to the trouble of including the little jewellery pieces. Fantastic use of embossing powder too. Jenny x

ReplyDeleteI am so happy that you like my bracelet!!! Your challenge was a tough one but I really loved it and what it made me create - I am sure I would never have come up with something like it without that little push from you and the challenge theme - so thank you very much! I love my bracelet and I really do wear it from time to time ;)
I love the treasures from your beautifully altered matchbox! They look like treasures should: objects that have their own history! And I would have missed crackle if there were none on your project honestly! ;)
Your interpretation of the painting's colour theme is brilliant - I can see that you have been looking at this special painting for a long long time...and know the essence of it deep in your heart! It is all in your make!
Hope you are doing fine and have already settled in your new home (I know this may take some time...at least it did with me when I moved to Vienna)!
Hugs,
Claudia xxx
